CHICHA

Glasgow-based DJ Chicha blends dub-rooted sounds with ambient textures, bass pressure, wonky rhythms and lots of percussion. with influences spanning UK dub heritage to European DIY collectives, their sets move between dubstep, house, downtempo and experimental club sounds with warmth, weight and a playful edge.

One half of Libra Esterlina, and a key member of Pollyterror, Chicha has frequented venues all over the UK.

discjocelyne

discjocelyne brings a big bag of chug, bass and acid to get the night warmed up nicely.

Her sets reflect a wide variety of musical ventures: as frontwoman of post punk party starters Bikini Body (Optimo Music), host of Friday mornings on EHFM Community Radio, and as a curator of experimental clubnights previously featuring Reenie (AUS) and Circle Dance (London). Whatever she’s doing, discjocelyne always places a strong emphasis on spotlighting Scotland's local talent.

discjocelyne’s wide-ranging tastes have led to sets at Fangs, Headset, Femmergy, Paradise Palms, Underfloor Heating, as well as opening slots for the likes of Ultramarine and B2B with local legend George T.
