London has one of the largest concentrations of clubs and music venues in the world. Fabric in Farringdon is one of the most famous clubs on the planet, with an immersive L-Acoustics L-ISA system in Room 1. KOKO in Camden is a 1,500-capacity venue with a 360-degree layout and d&b Audiotechnik sound. Ministry of Sound remains one of the UK's longest-running dance music institutions. The Roundhouse and Brixton Academy are iconic gig venues.
Beyond the headline names, London has hundreds of smaller clubs, basement venues, and independent spaces across Hackney, Peckham, Brixton, Shoreditch, and beyond. East London in particular has a thriving independent scene. The city's venue landscape is constantly evolving, with new spaces opening as others close — but the sheer depth means there is always somewhere to go.
