After a three-year break, By The River NYE is back. 🪩🥂

We’re taking over the Southside of the Tyne for one huge New Year’s Eve party, with DJs firing out quality party anthems inside a 500-capacity heated marquee on the terrace, plus house & disco in The Workshop, cosy pub vibes in the main Tap and big singalong moments in HWKRLAND.

Food comes courtesy of some of our favourites too — Big Norm’s BBQ with a suckling pig spit roast, Bag Head serving spice bags on the terrace, and Oshuck shucking their legendary North Sea hand-dived oysters, ideally paired with Champagne. 🦪🍾

We’ll be open from 4pm–8pm for families, perfect for warming up ahead of the 6pm Quayside fireworks, before the venue switches gears for an adults-only party from 8pm–2am.

Then at midnight, we see in 2027 with the fireworks overhead and the whole Southside in full swing.
