Club Zukunft from Zurich which has closed its doors last Year in March is back at the Golden Lion for a second time, presenting a Zurich local Line Up under the Wings of our dear Friend Jonnie Wilkes from Optimo (Espacio) who is headlining this Night at Golden Lion, our favourite Venue in the UK.
Optimo (Espacio) need no more introduction. Jonnie Wilkes and our dearest Keith McIvor have been playing at Zukunft for more than 16 Years as Residents and were responsible for so many legendary Nights in our Cellar including the one that has been stopped by the Police on a Raid in the early Morning and was soundtracked at the End with N.W.A.’s /Fuck tha Police“ by JD Twitch after the Police left the Building :)
Windsurfer (UK Debut) is Zurich finest Underground Electronic & Krautrock Band with several Releases on Phantom Island and will perform Live. Kalabrese & Alex Dallas, both Owners and founding Members of Zukunft will be bringing you a great Selection of their Music to the Dancefloor. Kalabrese is known for his own Productions on Labels such as Perlon and with his own Band Kalabrese & das Rumpelorchester. Alex Dallas is the Label Honcho of the Techno & House Label Drumpoet Community with over 100 Releases. Palmsi better known as Palma Ada has delivered a fantastic Live-Show at the last Year's Zukunft-Golden Lion-Takeover and will be back as a DJ. Leo Gretener and Knob, both Zukunft Residents, are celebrating their UK Debut at the Golden Lion as DJs. Leo is part of the Dubsearch-Collective and Silvio Waser aka Knob is a Graphic Designer who created many great Artworks for Spezialmaterial & other Zukunft Nights
This year with the special request chef Teddy Curly + crew are going to make dinner before the show at 7pm which you can experience, two courses with organic wines
