The format is simple: arrive, grab a drink, and start conversations. No presentations, no pitches from the front — just direct networking with people who are actively working in property.

When: first Thursday each month (except December), from 7pm

Where: BLVD Manchester, The Avenue North, Spinningfields, Manchester M3 3BZ

Cost: Free to attend. The venue asks that everyone buys a drink at full price

Dress: Smart casual (no sportswear). Over 25s only; ID may be requested

Note the hours carefully: closed Monday, Tuesday AND Wednesday, opening 5pm to 1am on Thursday, so Thursday is the only weekday option.
