Dance Policy welcomes ZAKIA for it's next event instalment at SOUP!
Zakia is a broadcaster, writer and DJ from London. She hosts the radio 6 music show "Dream Time" and has played regularly at clubs and festivals in London and abroad, such as Corsica Studios, XOYO, Berlin Atonal, HORST, We Out Here and Dekmantel. She also recently authored the book "Finding Albion".
Supporting are the residents of Manchester's own Nossa! celebrating four years of their party! From best buds to partners in life and music, this duo brings fun-forward, hip-moving, global selections with a focus on facilitating connection on the dancefloor.
We use these events to help raise funds for our magazine so we can continue telling the stories behind global youth and dance culture, uplifting the communities that make these scenes so special <3
