Born in Tricase, Italy, Massimiliano Pagliara studied dance and choreography in Milan before moving to Berlin, where he fully immersed himself in the techno scene. Since launching his DJ career in 2006, he has earned key residencies at Panorama Bar, Robert Johnson, Basement in New York, and Romantica in Stuttgart.
His sound fuses house, disco, electro, and techno, backed by acclaimed releases on labels including Ostgut Ton, Permanent Vacation, and Live at Robert Johnson. Today, Pagliara focuses on his own imprint, Funnuvojere Records. In 2026, he marks 20 years in music with a retrospective release celebrating two decades of movement and sound.
