Toki-O Nights: Powered by Technics (Mari Kimura)

On the 25th November, Archive & Myth hosts the final edition of Toki-O Nights, a free to attend listening bar series inspired by Japan’s kissaten culture.

Closing out this incredible series is Mari Kimura. Mari is a London-based Japanese music curator, radio producer, presenter and DJ who has spent more than two decades working across music and broadcasting. Her work is heavily focused on connecting Japanese music culture with the international music community. Expect an eclectic set blending Japanese contemporary music, jazz, soul, funk, Latin sounds and much more.

With hi-fi sound from Technics and Toki Highballs served throughout the evening, Toki-O Nights channels the slower, more intentional atmosphere of Japanese listening bar culture.
