Inspired by the legendary Dingwalls Sunday night ran by Giles Peterson & Patrick Forge, we bring Jazz Dance to the Ninety One dance floor. For decades, the UK has bought a melting pot of jazz styles together, and who better to celebrate it than with a line up of London DJs who know the sound so well.
Tim Garcia > a North London boy and globally respected curator, Tim covers jazz across the world and ages. Bringing in styles from broken beat and house into his sets, he keeps the bass where it belongs and with plenty of knowledge, opens up a new scale of Jazz Dance. We're in safe hands with this one.
Candice a.m. > an emerging DJ with her ears to the ground, expect Candace to showcase all the hidden gems in Jazz from broken beat, house, and uk funky side.
Ben OA Sayer > the man behind 'Jazz Music is Dance Music' radio show, and one to celebrate Jazz with plenty of rhythm, we welcome Ben to grace the opening set of this Jazz Dance Special.
