About

SOMA PEOPLE · 2ND ANNIVERSARY

For our second anniversary, we return to Venue M.O.T London with Berghain regulars Amanda Mussi and ABS8LUTE, alongside SOMA PEOPLE residents V.40 b2b NARA.

HYPNOTIC / GROOVY / SENSUAL TECHNO

-------------------------------------------------------------

AMANDA MUSSI

Brazilian-Paraguayan DJ, producer and curator based in Berlin, Amanda Mussi is a Berghain main-floor regular. A sound alchemist with a deep, driving and hypnotic approach, she blends Detroit techno, UK textures, tribal percussion and rolling house into long, immersive journeys. Known for her closing sets and all-nighters, her sound is grounded in relentless groove.

ABS8LUTE

French-Caribbean DJ ABS8LUTE brings hypnotic, percussion-led techno shaped by relentless groove and her Caribbean roots. Based between Paris and Berlin, a Berghain regular, she is the founder of feminist collective Vénus Club and an Artistic Director of Parisian collective Kluster, while advocating for greater representation of women and minorities in electronic music.

V.40 B2B NARA

V.40 is a Persian, London-based artist and interior designer, and the founder, curator and resident of SOMA PEOPLE. Her sets move through dark, hypnotic and deeply sensual techno, restrained yet commanding, building tension slowly and deliberately. She has shared lineups with international artists including Elisa Bee and Denise Rabe.

NARA is an Italian-born, London-based DJ, producer, sound engineer and SOMA PEOPLE resident. Her tense, hypnotic sound draws from early rave and the harder edges of techno. She has played at Tresor and alongside international artists including Elisa Bee, with releases on EVAR Records, SZNS7N, Hardwon, Childsplay and Diffuse Reality.

WHY YOUR SUPPORT MATTERS

SOMA PEOPLE is an independent, self-funded platform founded by a queer Persian woman.

We curate rare, intimate nights with artists connected to Berghain, Tresor, Monument and beyond, built around serious sound, carefully chosen spaces and genuine connection.

Every ticket supports the artists, production and the future of SOMA PEOPLE. Supporting the bar matters too, helping independent venues thrive and allowing us to continue creating nights together.

Your support keeps SOMA PEOPLE independent, intimate and full of soul.
