Lord Mayor's Show Day Lunch

Stationers' Hall will open for the Lord Mayor's Show Day, an informal and fun day out for the family!Members of Livery Companies and their families are invited to a two-course buffet lunch after what has been termed: “the greatest free show on earth”. This gives the perfect opportunity for all family members of those connected with Livery Companies, especially children and grandchildren, to experience Stationers’ Hall before and after the fabulous display of the Lord Mayor’s procession - bands, horsemen, coaches, soldiers and many exciting floats and entertainers.The Hall will be open from 10.15 am to 11.00 am for coffee, tea and biscuits and then will close until 12.30 pm. Ludgate Hill and the vicinity of St Paul’s Cathedral offers a good standing view of the procession, which starts to pass by at about 11.15 am. At 12.15 pm the Lord Mayor’s coach pauses at St Paul’s for a blessing on the steps of the Cathedral, after which the Lord Mayor moves down Ludgate Hill on his way to the Roya...
