Listening Session: Theo Croker Azzamatta Jazztronica

AZZAMATTA is a sonic and visual adventure: genre-defiant, sample-driven and built on global influences. Brave Poets invite audiences into a special listening party with Theo Croker, discussing the project’s origins, modular approach to performance, and the genre-mixing language of jazztronica. The conversation will trace how samples, global rhythms, electronic textures and live improvisation converge in AZZAMATTA—and how the rotating rhythmic core of Theo Croker and D’Leau with featured musicians including Johnathan Hulett, turns the studio project into a living, visual and communal live experience. With capacity limited to 30 guests, Brave Poets present The Story of AZZAMATTA: Jazztronica as an exclusive listening party rather than a conventional showcase: a rare opportunity to hear the music in context and hear Theo discuss the ideas, influences and future of the project. The full address in central London will be released to ticketholders a week before the event. Timings:Session 1: 6:3...
