Ambient Sauna • Daniel. & Nils Edte

London-based DJ, writer and Above Below organiser and resident Daniel. is drawn to sounds that soothe the nervous system, bringing a sense of calm, warmth and grounding, whether experienced on the dancefloor or in stillness. This sensibility meets the hypnotic, atmospheric sound of Stuttgart-based artist Nils Edte, whose music moves between ambient and techno, blending organic textures, natural soundscapes and classic electronic influences. Joining us for a matinee gathering in our cosy Tea Loft, the two artists share their favourite lazy Sunday selections, inviting listeners to settle in and ease into the afternoon.

*Book your 70-minute sauna session, arrive early and stay late for 4 hours of music in the lounge*

ABOUT AMBIENT SAUNA

Our silent Treehouse sauna and chatty Herbal sauna are both equipped with sound systems designed for attentive listening. The Bunker sauna and yard offer a more social setting for conversations and meeting new people, while the Tea Loft listening lounge provides a space for shared musical exploration.
