Ambient Sauna • Bodily with Big Hands with Bint Mbareh & FYI Robyn

Bodily is a series of events, sound system-focused workshops and retreats exploring the restorative potential of sound, somatics and collective dance floor experiences. For this evening at Sauna Social Club, DJ, facilitator and Bodily curator FYI Robyn brings this ethos into a music-led session, opening with a short, inclusive meditation rooted in The Arkana Method’s approach to Kundalini technology before taking to the decks. She’ll be joined by Big Hands and vocalist Bint Mbareh, two members of Ottomani Parker, who come together for a hybrid live set.
