Sauna Social Club
Bodily is a series of events, sound system-focused workshops and retreats exploring the restorative potential of sound, somatics and collective dance floor experiences. For this evening at Sauna Social Club, DJ, facilitator and Bodily curator FYI Robyn brings this ethos into a music-led session, opening with a short, inclusive meditation rooted in The Arkana Method’s approach to Kundalini technology before taking to the decks. She’ll be joined by Big Hands and Soreab who come together for a hybrid live set.

ABOUT AMBIENT SAUNA
Our silent Treehouse sauna and chatty Herbal sauna are both equipped with sound systems designed for attentive listening. The Bunker sauna and yard offer a more social setting for conversations and meeting new people, while the Tea Loft listening lounge provides a space for shared musical exploration.
