Four Courses & A Quartet: 80s Greatest Hits

Welcome to Elixir, Liverpool's brand-new premier restaurant and home to the city's exclusive Laurent-Perrier Champagne Lounge, where a stunning cabinet showcases the very best of the Laurent-Perrier collection. This December, we're pairing a candlelit four-course festive dinner with a live string quartet reworking the biggest anthems of the 80s. Think Take On Me, Don't You Want Me and Livin' On A Prayer, played while you dine. Nostalgic, elegant and made for singing along between courses.

20:40 - First set ends

21:00 - Third course served, and the quartet begins their second set

21:20 - Fourth course served

21:40 - Second set ends, then our self-playing piano carries the evening on until late

First Course

Artisan Sourdough & Accompaniments - warm artisan sourdough, whipped salted butter, roasted garlic and herb butter, silky hummus, extra-virgin olive oil and aged balsamic
