La Bise 1st Birthday: Dan Andrei, Benny Bysouth & Redshift

La Bise turns 1... and you're invited!

To mark a year of throwing parties in Leeds, hypnosis maestro Dan Andrei joins us for an extended birthday bash, accompanied by crate-digging wunderkind and party-throwers, Benny Bysouth and Redshift.

Born in Romania, Dan has been a key part of the nation's minimal scene since the noughties, with a list of releases and shows too long and too illustrious to list. Lauded as one of the finest underground DJs, he has played standout sets at Houghton, Sunwaves and clubs all over the world. Expect shadowy grooves, rolling basslines, and blissful meanders from one of electronic music's most respected selectors.

Benny Bysouth's encyclopaedic knowledge of records has left him with an envy-inducing record collection, spanning downtempo, minimal and progressive house. Playing an extended warm-up set, Benny will mesmerise and enthrall in equal measure. Closing the night for the first time, we have La Bise co-founder Redshift. A special set is in store, with Joe taking us to sunrise for a true birthday blowout.

Being able to throw parties, invite exciting underground DJs and welcome friends new and old has been a privilege. Thank you to everyone that has been a part of the beginning of La Bise. Come celebrate with us properly on the 21st...
