Club Goo 003

Two parties down and we are only getting gooey-er: Goo 001_v2 at Wharf was a squelching success and the forest party (IYKYK) was pure summer magic. As Dual Monitor once said, “When we level up, higher is the level”… for Goo 003 we’ve like actually levelled up in literally such a crazy way.

For our autumn mutation, we’ve invited the inimitable KD22LR over the Pennines to share her distinct and refined taste in deep, hazy and percussive music. The kind of stuff that makes your brain vibrate, your nose wrinkle and your hips swing… Club Goo all over. Residents and (more importantly) besties, p.url and Bryozoan will be on warmup and closing, pushing that supple Goo sound.

Our setting will be Hope House, which obviously needs no introduction. What we will say is how great it is to be able to fundraise for such an important cause; half of the proceeds from Goo 003 will go towards supporting MAP Charity’s work with young people who are unable to access the mainstream school system.

Oh and we cannot wait to hear those dubbed out bassy sounds on the finest soundsystem in Leeds (っ˘ڡ˘ς).

If you didn’t already know, Club Goo is a new DIY party in Leeds for forward-thinking, sub-heavy club music. It’s also a party for being stupid with your mates in a space that feels warm, loose and inviting.
