DJs -NATHANIEL SIM is a Cornwall-based DJ, producer and promoter, bringing melodic, progressive and peak-time techno to the South West through his event brand, Inception Events. Nathaniel has played across a range of respected events and international stages, including Shine Ibiza at 528 Ibiza, Captured Festival Malta, HTE Weekender, Immunity Festival and Pikestock, continuing to build a reputation for immersive, energetic sets that connect with crowds from start to finish. Has a track released on Black Hole Recordings and more in the pipeline. He also appears monthly on TechnoPulse Radio.With a passion for techno that started at just 12 years old, Nathaniel’s journey through electronic music has evolved alongside his sound. Over the years, his tastes have matured into a deeper, more atmospheric and melodic style — combining emotion, movement and driving energy on the dance floor.His current influences span artists including Anyma, Bart Skils, Adam Beyer, The Post Brothers and I Hate Models, blending cinematic melodies with powerful peak-time grooves.Through both his DJ performances and Inception Events, Nathaniel Sim is helping push forward-thinking techno culture across Cornwall and the wider South West scene.

Pulling inspiration from industry heavyweights Eli Brown, Adam Beyer, and Kaufmann, Lukø is an expert at taking the crowd on an unforgettable physical and emotional journey. As a key figure behind the decks for local favourite Inception Events, or dropping high octane mixes on Technopulse Radio he builds sets that don't just move bodies—he will capture the room. EXTREMO - has been a resident DJ for Inception Events for the past 3 years. Always delivering energy with each set. From starting off playing at house parties throughout the late 90's/00's, Extrem0 can read a crowd well. Starting off on vinyl and adapting through the digital era, he certainly knows his way around a set of decks. Dutch hardcore is his filthy secret but techno is his main love. Combining stunning melodies and vocals to underground sounds. He has it all! You can find him loitering around the south west techno scene (usually at the back)
STE ELLIS is a DJ, producer, and the show runner/resident for TECHNOPULSE radio show. He is a resident DJ for INCEPTION EVENTS in the South West. He is Known for driving peak-time, melodic techno and raw underground energy, he has released music on Maraxe`s STOK Recordings and Technopulse Recordings, with his debut EP and remix tracks reaching No.1 across various Beatport Techno release charts.
NEIL ROWE - With over 25 years behind the decks, Neil has become a respected figure within the South West's underground electronic music scene. Originally from Plymouth, his journey began in the late 1990s after being introduced to the thriving rave culture of the era. Inspired by the energy, music, and community spirit he experienced, Neil quickly immersed himself in DJing building a vinyl collection and developing the skills that would shape a lifelong passion for electronic music.Starting out playing local bars, clubs, and underground events, Neil established himself during a golden era dominated by trance, hard trance, and techno. After relocating to Cornwall, he secured a residency in St Ives, performing multiple nights each week while continuing to play events across the South West. During this period he became involved with several influential party and music collectives, contributing to some of the region's most memorable underground events.
A career highlight came in 2004 when Neil fulfilled a long-held ambition by performing in Ibiza, bringing his sound to one of the world's most iconic clubbing destinations. Equally comfortable mixing vinyl and digital formats, Neil has continued to evolve alongside the ever-changing electronic music landscape. More recently, he released original music through HTE and became a resident DJ for Inception, a South West-based techno brand known for its commitment to quality underground events. His appearances have included HTE Weekenders in Weston-super-Mare and Bring The Noise in Plymouth.
Today, techno sits at the heart of Neil's musical identity. Drawn to its depth, atmosphere, and ability to take listeners on a journey, his sets blend driving rhythms, hypnotic grooves, and carefully crafted progression. ALEX PALMER - has been a big part of the Exeter DJ scene for the last 7 years! Delivering unforgettable, high energy sets at festivals, club nights and even Ibiza. Alex also runs a successful Music venue in Exeter ‘The Monkey Suit’ as well as his own events ‘Caption’ and ‘Bass ignition’. A multi-genre selector with a lot of passion for music and is very excited to bring the ‘Techno’ to Inception for the first time.!
