On Saturday 19th September, Scottish underground institution Pleasure returns to Edinburgh for the official reopening of the newly refurbished Liquid Room.
For eight years, Pleasure brought some of the world’s finest underground selectors to Cabaret Voltaire every Saturday night, including Francesco Del Garda, Call Super, Peach and Binh. After a year-long hiatus - and the search for a suitable new home - Edinburgh’s longest-running weekly Saturday night is finally back.
The reopening of The Liquid Room provides a much-needed new platform for Edinburgh’s underground scene, with Pleasure once again welcoming the most exciting artists from Scotland and beyond.
In keeping with this new direction, international underground favourite Papa Nugs joins one of Edinburgh’s fastest-rising talents, LWS, for the first of many collaborations between the newly revived Pleasure and Liquid Room.
Tickets for the grand reopening are expected to move fast.
