EPiKA DJ Masterclass with Yiota

Have you always been making playlists for everyone, and always had a strong opinion on the kind of music should be played at all times? Maybe you should become a DJ!

EPiKA is a femme collective that brings the best techno to Edinburgh, while simultaneously promoting femme DJs.

This workshop is for twelve participants that have experience with DJing already, and will last two hours. It is open for FEMME participants. To participate, please purchase a single ticket.

The tutor, Yiota, will cover two main topics in the masterclass:

- using simple techniques to build energy throughout a set

- rhythm layering & mixing broken beats

See you there!
