Brighton’s still-new monthly clubnight, The Offie Mag Social, returns to A L P H A B E T on Halloween night. A Saturday too. Terrifying.

After another sell-out in September and a six-week break, we’re back upstairs for an Halloween special. Same idea as ever: really good music you can dance to, in a small independent club with a high-quality sound system. Just slightly spookier.

Something about Halloween feels very ’80s electro to us, so expect plenty of that alongside house, funk, soul, disco and whatever else ends up sounding right at 1.17am.

Offie Mag DJs (and friends) up in the crow’s nest. You, yours and any reasonably dressed ghouls on the dancefloor.

DJs are on from 10.30pm, so come early and start the dance properly. There are limited £5 tickets, £10 general tickets and £12 tickets that include a copy of the magazine. The last edition sold out, so advance tickets are strongly encouraged.

Tickets guarantee entry before 11.30pm, so get down early in case the dancefloor is full.

Costumes are very welcome. Culturally inappropriate ones are not. We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone wearing one.

Music first. Small room. Good sound. A bit spooky.
