designed to help women reconnect with their bodies, release tension and embrace their feminine energy in a fun and supportive space 🌺

This session is open to all levels and is all about good vibes, confidence and self-expression rather than perfection. Whether you love dancing or just want to try something new, this is your chance to step into a space that celebrates you.
