SOUNDBOY X MEANSTREETS
After a run of sessions at Eastern Bloc, including last years Grime Essentials night, Soundboy heads to Stage & Radio for the first time for a special collaboration with Meanstreets.
Connecting Manchester’s underground with one of the most exciting grime n dubstep labels emerging from the South right now, the night brings together two camps with a shared foundation in grime, dubstep and UK bass music. With Trends and Boylan continuing to make serious waves through their productions and sets, Meanstreets arrive in Manchester alongside Dok, P Jam and Silas Ox for a rare link-up with the Soundboy residents.
Known for vinyl-led excursions through dubstep, grime and soundsystem music, Soundboy welcomes the Meanstreets camp for an evening balancing deep selections with heavyweight original productions and dubs. Across the night, expect sets from Silasthedon, K1, Hanz and Pablogyal alongside the full Meanstreets crew, with Doni Rampage, Tiny Da G + more on mic duties throughout.
