Queers sans Frontieres is a new event concept embracing the impact of internationalism on British culture. Fundraising for Project Play, the inaugural day party launch event celebrates some of the best diverse talent in the city. Expect Carnival rhythms from across the globe, with DJs hailing from Spain, Brazil, the Cayman Islands, Yemen and Pakistan.
ABOUT PROJECT PLAY
Project Play is a grassroots NGO that supports displaced children in Calais through education, safe spaces and play sessions. It’s a severely overlooked aspect of the current crisis that deserves far more awareness.
The UK government explicitly does not support Project Play. Therefore, the charity relies solely on donations and volunteers.
This event seeks to raise both funds and awareness for Project Play at a day party at Renae on Saturday the 4th July.
