Guided by Jake (@wingsofbuddha), this immersive journey combines breath, meditation, sacred sound, and energy healing to help clear the mind, open the heart, and activate the Throat Chakra—the centre of authentic expression, truth, and creativity.
Whether you’re new to sound healing or returning to deepen your practice, everyone is welcome.
