About this event

After popular demand, 'Happy Sticks' makes its return to the streets of Manchester, this time landing at the legendary Eastern Bloc!

Happy sticks is a night focusing on soul, intention and feeling, bringing together the belting disco sounds of Paradise Garage, the jackin' Chicago house sounds of The Warehouse, the gritty punch of Detroit House and Techno, and the glitzy, soulful sounds of New York House. With unexpected curveballs thrown into the mix, KRS-George and Joseph Tunde want to take you on a journey through sound and soul.

No other venue could provide the perfect atmosphere for this night any better than a 80-cap sweatbox. Come down, shake some ass, leave your soul on the floor.
