Returning for a second instalment And Beyond and Adhesive Audio intertwine at Honey Street Studio for an ecstatic summer soirée.
Continuing the tried and tested format, two record shops pop-up in the space with ambient & downtempo focus in the day (free entry) and continue into a club night (ticketed). Artists will flow throughout the day and night alongside the residents, for a measured experience with interspersed peak moments.
We will ease into the day with a live ambient set from Ultrasonic Future Outlaw entering a soothing sonic journey of blissful dubbed out jams. Following from this will be London based DJ, Giorja who's sets are crafted with ambience, ethereal rhythms string out to create psychedelic and floating sensations throughout. Grub DJs will also grace the line-up with considered selectors matching their sophisticated shop offering.
At the convergence of records and natural wines; introducing Sheffield's Grub Records. Whether it's reissued house staples, new school electro rippers or chugging trance rollers, Grub has you covered. Haunted Dancehall will also return with a seemingly never ending flow of second hand batches overlayed with the cutting edge of contemporary dance music. Both shops reaching across the best distributors from the UK, Europe and Beyond.
Headliner Eden Burns, brings his squiggle and springy house music to the floor! Based out of New Zealand, Eden's colourful productions hit a sweet spot between wide-eyed weirdness and club-ready maximalism maintaining non stop fun throughout. Munich's Public Possession has become a happy host to Edens relentless and diverse productions, where his 'Big Beat Manifesto' series has become a staple of hid label, offering insight into his early connections with dance music.
Sookie is another fine Brussels-based DJ and selector known for her deep, emotional and unpredictable sets that draw from the city's rich digger culture. No stranger to parties like Beautiful Freaks and Misty Spells she has recently supported the liked of Rhadoo. Always hunting for hidden gems and surprising transitions, she blends forgotten records with contemporary sounds to create journeys that are both uplifting and immersive on the dancefloor.
