On the 15th July, Equal Parts hosts the next edition of Toki-O Nights, a free to attend listening bar series inspired by Japan’s kissaten culture.
This instalment features Zag Erlat. Zag is a London based DJ, broadcaster and music producer, best known as the founder of the YouTube channel My Analog Journal, which has grown into a global community with over 1 million subscribers. Alongside curating and hosting guest DJs on the platform, Zag performs internationally across Europe, South America, the Middle East, North Africa and the UK, bringing a deep, genre-fluid approach rooted in organic, high-energy grooves. His sets blend rare vinyl discoveries with contemporary sounds, shaped by a curator’s ear and a storyteller’s flow.
With hi-fi sound from Technics and Toki Highballs served throughout the evening, the event channels the slower, more intentional atmosphere of Japanese listening bar culture.
This event is free to attend, no tickets required, we would recommend reserving a table directly via Equal Parts.
