With pulsating beats and a contagious party spirit, the parks and streets become our playground every Saturday morning. It's not just a run; it's a singles movement, and everyone is invited to be a part of it. Lace up your shoes and join us for the ultimate urban adventure!

Timings to be early enough it doesn't eat into your weekend, but late enough it's socially acceptable to have a drink with everyone else afterwards 🥂

The details:

1) Meet at Old Town Tavern for 12:00pm (leaving for the run at 12:15pm) ⏰ A Thursday Rep will be keeping an eye on the kit for the duration of the run, however please note that belongings that are left there are done so at the runner's own risk.

2) Get warmed by our Run Club Host, the extraordinary John Botheringham (more info to follow on John - give him a follow @John_Botheringham) 🌟

3) Followed by a steady 5km run around the Clapham Common. A sociable pace with a few 'ice breakers' thrown into the mix 🧊🔨

4) Ending at Old Town Tavern for a well earned refreshment.

Our star host will be there making people feel welcome, assisting with ice breakers, getting creative with the warm ups and warm downs and of course making sure the DJs are playing the best music possible at all times...you'll see a lot of this character popping up all over the place soon enough 🎤
