Summer Party
Since kicking off at the tail end of last year, record label MYSTERY SHOPPER - led by producer and visual artist Morgan Hislop - has yet to celebrate it's launch. Merging a mixture of sounds from House, French Touch and Electronica, alongside a keen love of the genre Plunderphonics; found in the likes of the Avalanches and J Dilla, MYSTERY SHOPPER combines artistic visuals and timeless and colourful electronic music. First release on the label, Morgan Hislop's 'Nice Try!' EP has received support from BBC Radio 1, Crack Magazine, and lead single 'Sitting By The Phone' was named one of the Top 25 Tracks of 2025 by Complex Magazine.
What better time than the summer to throw a day party to celebrate the launch of the label in the heart of East London at the renowned Café 1001. And entry is FREE. Expect DJs and artists, art visuals and merch giveaways.
