Longevity Rave brings its signature day-to-night experience to Parallel 45 — the club room at 45 London, Shoreditch.
The premise is simple, and there's growing science behind it: music, movement and meaningful social connection help us recover from stress, build resilience and support healthier, longer lives.
Every detail is intentional: the musical journey, the intimate club setting, and the energy of dancing in daylight rather than after dark. The result is a genuinely intergenerational dancefloor where different ages come together through music. No 4am comedown—just incredible music, a world-class sound system and a room full of joy.

A cool, air-conditioned room, drinks and dinner, and a big screen to gather around. Collective joy works on the dancefloor and in front of a match alike — so stay, settle in, and watch it with the room.
