Turning raves into health, wellness, and longevity science.
Longevity Rave returns on March 21, at Block C Hackney Bridge for a day to night celebration of music, movement and real human connection.
Recently featured by the San Francisco Standard ("Rave Now, Die Later") and DJane Mag ("Turning Raves into Longevity Science"), Longevity Rave explores a simple idea supported by emerging science: collective joy, rhythm and belonging are deeply linked to stress recovery, resilience and how we age.
This is not a wellness seminar.
It is a rave.
But it is a rave designed with intention. From musical pacing to atmosphere, everything is shaped to create a space where people of all ages can move, connect and feel fully alive.
Tina Technotic and Yukari lead the line-up alongside rising selectors, moving through house and techno in a journey designed to carry every body on the floor.
This is an intentionally intergenerational space.
Different ages, united by music.
In a world of screens, supplements, and self-optimisation, Longevity Rave celebrates something simpler:
Music.
Movement.
Belonging.
Backed by science.
Powered by people.
Open to anyone who loves music and believes joy has no age limit.
