London - The Essential Woman Reformer Pilates Reset

For the first time in London, Essential Woman is taking over the studio.

This is not a public class.

This is a private Reset experience, designed exclusively for the Essential Woman community.

Hosted inside Virgin Active Walbrook, one of London’s most premium wellness spaces, this gathering blends movement, intention and connection in a way that feels elevated, calm and energising.

What This Is

A private Reformer Pilates Reset designed for women who are intentionally prioritising themselves again.

With only 17 reformer beds available, this is an intimate, small-group session led by a Virgin Active instructor.

After the class, we’ll stay together for a post-session wellness social, where guests can enjoy smoothies and connect with other women from the Essential Woman community.
