papaya noon are a Cardiff-based duo, formed five years ago, that make jazz-infused r&b. They’ve already built a huge following online with their catchy hooks & unique style, with their fanbase including Missy Elliott, Snoop Dogg, Queen Latifah & 9th Wonder. Their early self-produced compositions have already had comparisons to artists like The Internet & Moonchild, and their live 5-piece were named one of Clash Magazine’s “must-see” acts.
Georgie Sweet is a Brighton-based singer / songwriter with a powerful soulful vocal tone. An all-round creative soul, her sound sits within the realms of glo-fi alternative r&b, with her sophomore album 'I Swear To You' receiving praise from the likes of Jimmy Jam, DJ Jazzy Jeff, Bobbito, DJ Spinna, Gilles Peterson, Lauren Laverne, Jamie Cullum, Somewhere Soul & many more. Along with collaborative partner Marc Rapson, she is a force to be reckoned with live.
