London-born artist Made By Pete has quietly but confidently become one of the most compelling voices in contemporary electronic music. A producer, songwriter and DJ with nearly two decades behind the decks, his rise in recent years has been defined by a blend of emotive songwriting and club-ready sophistication. A mainstay on Crosstown Rebels and now helming his own imprint Life In Colour, his catalogue has earned widespread support from key tastemakers while resonating deeply on dancefloors worldwide.
His breakout single “Horizon Red” featuring Zoe Kypri marked a defining moment — surpassing 30 million streams and earning recognition as a “future classic” from Pete Tong, alongside a high-profile remix from Black Coffee. Since then, releases like “Fires” and “In My Head” have continued that trajectory, both picking up BBC Radio 1’s coveted Essential New Tune accolade, while his Essential Mix further cemented his status as a globally respected selector .
Beyond the studio, Made By Pete’s international presence has grown rapidly. From a long-standing residency at Blue Marlin Ibiza to appearances at Hi Ibiza, Pacha, and Fabric London, as well as global touring across the US, Asia, and South America, his sound has become a fixture in both underground circles and major stages alike .
On Saturday 30th May, he steps in as the headliner for the very first Frequencies by CE LA VI — a new series set to bring forward-thinking electronic talent to the forefront. Joining him on the lineup are two of London’s own rising forces: Redfreya and Rory Kite, both carving out distinct identities with their refined selections and growing reputations in the capital’s scene.
