A diverse lineup of young DJs who are challenging what can be played by a Dj and how it can be played. Expect to start the evening with Funk and house, be interrupted with grime, controlled by techno and end with the energy of jungle.
Headlining the event is Milo who has been pioneering a sound that escapes genre, his debut release Susurrus has been in the regular rotation of dis such as ben ufo. The single has infiltrated iconic arenas such as Berghain and corsica causing a storm of noise around his unreleased music.
Sookie doesn’t care about genre, his unique taste will take you from Japanese jazz to grime to house. Sookie’s sound reflects his expressive painting practice that juxtaposes famous anthems seamlessly whilst letting each song speak to longer journey.
Co founder of Camel Toe Events, Livvy Loo has been pioneering a new type of dance floor that immerses you within the sounds of their female lineups. Her recents shows at Carpet shop and The Goose have been a blend of funk, groove, house and jazz, carrying a bouncing energy that will create an expressive opening set.
Cheb Nadia and Fimbo Sound Machine close the evening with a high energy b2b of jungle and hardcore. They not only perform together but produce music together which will create a special energy that bounces through their song selection and experimental sound.
