Refund Policy:

This event is refundable if you do not get accepted at university in Liverpool.  All refund requests must be sent before Friday 14th August 2026.

T&Cs of our refund policy are as follows:

1. You must have purchased your ticket before Wednesday 12th August 2026 to be eligible for a refund

2. To apply for a refund, you must send us UCAS evidence that you did not get into a University in Liverpool along with one form of photographic ID

3. You must email abi@naughtyhorsepromo.com before 14/08/26 with the subject line "Liverpool Opening Party Ticket Refund"

4. It can take up to 14 working days from receipt of your email for us to process your refund
