Interior Exit launches with an evening of experimental electronic music spanning industrial, drone, IDM, ambient and noise.
Based in Liverpool, Interior Exit is a new independent label focused on music operating at the edges of electronic sound: abrasive, immersive, rhythmic and unpredictable. The launch brings together three live projects that reflect different points within the label’s sonic world.
Bags moves between power electronics, industrial drone, fractured rhythms, dub-informed space and the physical momentum of techno, with improvisation at the centre of an intense and constantly shifting live performance.
Groß Aktiv draws from industrial, drone, IDM, downtempo, footwork and noise wall, intersecting complex beats and harsh noise with brighter, more intricate electronic textures.
Linton Travel Tavern works with analogue equipment, tape loops and experimental sound collage, creating dense ambient environments and glitched, slowly evolving atmospheres.
