Yes party people. Welcome to Slippin’ As we head towards the end of our third year, we continue on our quest to present one of the most vibey Drum & Bass nights around.

Get prepared to hear exquisite Drum & Bass selections with top energy & big production all in a welcoming intimate venue geared for dancing and smiling!

Slippin' events at The Jam Jar so far have seen us host Fabio, Peshay, Total Science, London 'Elektricity, Villem, Sweetpea, Philth, Ephyra, Imo-Lu, Optimystic & more.

With top quality sound, visuals, a lighting engineer and an always up for it crowd, we like to present nice DnB across the board from classic and modern Liquid, Rollers, tech-y bits, Jungle and more to keep you bouncing!

For this Slippin’ we have locked in someone we consider to be one of the best DJs in the game. A DJs DJ’, supreme selector, mixer, presenter, label head, taste-maker and someone who has been behind the decks and on the airwaves for over 25 years, the mighty DJ Flight.

A name we’ve all seen on an increasing amount of festival lineups the past few years for good reason, Flight is one of the true diverse DnB DJs with the arsenal to always surprise, impress and take you on a ride. For this session Flight is booked to play a 2hr set to send it home and will be joined by MC Chickaboo! Another legend in the scene and MC / host of supreme experience and presence. This set is set to be a special one!

Deselecta: We’ve invited back one of Bristol fastest rising Drum & Bass selectors: Deselecta! - De absolutely smashed it when tasked with following Fabio a few months back, and so this time Deselecta will be playing the hour before DJ Flight!

Chamba b2b Nathan Worm: Chamba and Nathan are the heads behind Slippin’ - both hugely experienced DJs and music nuts, expect Liquid, rollers, minimal bits and smooth DnB and floaty Jungle to set the tone for the night.

Visuals: As per previous nights we also like to provide visuals to enhance your experience in the club. These are provided by the amazing talent that is Fraser aka ‘IN2U’ who is the visual artist who takes care of things on the regular at Sawmills and also the Boomtown Bobbies stage!!

With the huge Forwards Festival and Fantazia events happening that day we anticipate this one could fill up so please buy tickets in advance to avoid disappointment. As with all events, the earlier you grab your ticket then this saves you money and supports the promoters. Trust us when say trying to do a high-quality, yet small DnB night in Bristol with headliners of note is really not an easy ride… BUT WE LOVE IT! - See you on the dance-floor!
