On Saturday 3rd October, we return to Jacobs Basement to celebrate ten years of Haŵs in the city where it all began.
For the occasion, we welcome Australian producer Reptant for a DJ set. Also known as Lou Karsh and Ulo S., he has become one of contemporary electro's most distinctive and in-demand figures.
His records pair ice-cold 808s and slithering basslines with gurgling acid and off-kilter rhythms that always hit. It's serious prime-time machine business with attitude!
Behind the decks, he casts a wider net, threading electro through techno, trance and the stranger corners of tech house. His sets move from trippy, mind-bending selections into direct, peak-time bangers, keeping a clear thread all the way through.
