Uncut Jams invites The Trip to see off their summer season at Brighton's latest and greatest seafront venue, Quarters.
The DJ and production project by Max van Dijk and Oliver Hiam is drawn from UKG, progressive, tech house, and house elements from the '90s onward, weaving these influences into a distinctive, sample-heavy style. Their music has become a staple for a broad range of DJs including Palms Trax, Moxie, Avalon Emerson, Shanti Celeste, Sally C, Eliza Rose, and Ben UFO.
They have also received significant airtime on BBC Radio 1, with Sarah Story dubbing The Trip the “DJ’s Producer”.
Off the back of a string of sell out shows in London and beyond in 2025, the future promises an exciting mix of original and collaborative releases, alongside an increasingly busy local and international calendar. A calander we're pleased to say we're now part of here at Uncut Jams.
Main Support comes from our long time resident and huge rising DJ, Producer and Radio Host Tiffany Quinn. After sharing line ups this year alone with Todd Terry, Dan Shake and Sally C, Tiffany is no stranger to the big stage. Whether it be shelling garage in basement clubs or sending it on the glastonbury stages, she never disappoints!
Also playing are Walsii, Ned Spencer, Asa Ray and Nost. All local Brighton selectors with their own indiviual collectives and creative projects, vital to the diversity of the local music scene.
We'll see you in the dance!
