Toilets & Gender Inclusivity
Toilets will be gender neutral
We encourage the use of facilities that match your gender identity and comfort.
Lighting & Sensory Info
Some events feature strobe and flashing lights. If you are sensitive to light or sound, please ask a member of staff for help or consider quieter spaces like outdoor areas during events if needed.
Quiet & Rest Areas
There is limited space away from the crowd due to the building’s layout, but staff can help direct you to quieter spots or outside for fresh air.
Safety & Respect
Harassment, discrimination, or threatening behaviour of any kind will not be tolerated. Staff are trained to intervene and support guests who experience discomfort.
If you need help during the event — whether accessibility support or safety concerns — speak with any member of staff.
