126 are taking over Fabrica for one night only on July 11th!
After three sold-out parties, we're back with another line-up to ensure you're dancing all night long!
We're so excited to be bringing Nina Yamada down to Brighton for the first time. Born and raised in Kamakura, Japan, Nina is a DJ and the founder of Jazzy Sport London. While her foundation lies in house, her sets fluidly move across Afrobeat, jazz, Latin and other groove-driven genres, creating an organic and soulful dancefloor experience.
LILA is a Hackney‑raised DJ, broadcaster and curator of French heritage, based in London, whose eclectic sets fuse jazz‑ and Latin‑inflected broken beat, soulful house, UK funky and percussive bass‑driven grooves. If there has ever been a DJ to get a crowd going, it's LILA.
We've been lucky enough to see DJ and promoter Moova play a number of times over the last year and have been wowed every time. For our last party, we had a great time collaborating with her party Shapes to bring 150 people to Moulsecoomb Hall, and she even played a secret party we ran for NYE. We can't wait to have her back.
Opening the party, we have Bluegammon, who has been making quite the name for herself across Brighton by playing high-energy sets that are impossible to keep still to. She'll be starting the party off as it means to go on. Make sure to come down early!
As always, we'll be transforming the space with visuals and this time we're really stepping up our game…
What else to expect:
We've collaborated on a special Trouser Project x 126 design which will be onsale at the party!
★ ☆ ★ ☆ As always, we'll have our drawing wall for you to scribble on to your heart's content. Alongside this, we will also have a star drawing station. The stars will be scanned and turned into animations that we will project somewhere in Brighton at a later date. ★ ☆ ★ ☆
We have recently been working with documentary filmmaker, zine maker, and all-around great guy Lewis Lewis on a number of projects, one of which is a new zine. Said zine will be available for purchase on the night too!
All of our parties have sold out at least a week ahead of the dates, don't miss out!
126 is supported by the Early Career Promoter Fund which is managed by PRS Foundation and funded by Arts Council England using Supporting Grassroots Music funding from DCMS.
