Welcome to our newest monthly fitness class!! We are collabing with @graftpilates 👀🤸🏼a beautifully open and bright studio space with 6 reformer Pilates machines for small, intimate group classes 💞🌿

This is 50 minute beginner reformer class run by Anna at Graft Pilates Studio, who will guide you through the basics and push those who have experience also!! 🧘🏼‍♀️✨

All participants need to sign the waiver and fill out the questionnaire before taking part in the reformer pilates class.

Please arrive a maximum of 5 minutes before the class starts and please do not try to enter the studio before your class starts as there may be a session in progress.

We have a zero tolerance policy to lateness so as to ensure everyone is safe and the studio is secure.

If you are late and the class has started please do not try to enter the studio.

Grip socks are mandatory for hygiene and safety.
