Dark Goddess Workshop: Presence, Flow & Floorwork

Join Thorn Faustus for a 2 hour workshop where we will learn elements of presence, flow and floorwork designed for the stage. You will explore and learn movement that works for your body in a comfortable, inclusive and body positive zone. 

Suitable for beginners! Learn movement & flow that suits your vibe, self love & positivity, crowd interaction & choreography. This will be a relaxed and judgement free zone, you do not need any previous experience.

ALL GENDER EXPRESSIONS AND BODY TYPES ARE WELCOME.

You will be learning with Thorn Faustus founder of Venom Promotions @venom_promotions; a multi skilled performer and event creator and manager. Thorn has been performing gore burlesque, alt burlesque and fire performance in a variety of shows up and down the country for several years.

They have since created and managed multiple shows that include gore burlesque, burlesque, fire performance, live bands and pole dancers such as VENOM FEST, Venom & Velvet and SLVT.

What to wear: Wear what makes you feel comfortable, allows you to move and flow. You may want to wear something like leggings or joggers to begin with as it may be a bit chilly before we warm up. I personally like to wear a bodysuit, baggy cropped jumper and joggers as this keeps me warm and the layers are easy to remove as I warm up. You are welcome to wear something that makes you feel sexy and confident. 

Also, bring some heels and comfy socks. We will practice various moves and styles, heels are optional. Please bring knee pads!

Bring water, and some snacks as we will have a little break! There will be a segment in which we will take videos of movement and practice flow.
