We are a fresh-cook kitchen that handles all 14 of the named allergens, and as such, we could never guarantee that we would not have any trace contamination on any dishes from these. In addition, some of the items that we purchase state that they 'may contain traces' or 'produced in a factory that handles'.

If any guests have a very serious or life-threatening allergy and they want to provide their own meal, disposable plates and cutlery, we would have no issue with this, but would need to know beforehand.

We would strongly suggest that guests bring any allergy medication, and please consider that the boat, at any time, may be up to 45 minutes away from a point where we could meet the emergency services.
