You can collect your wristbands from our designated collection points from the 13th of March: 

Louie's Liquor Store(11 Bigg Market,Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1 1UN)Sunday to Thursday: 4pm - 8:30pm 

Friday & Saturday: Midday - 8.30pm Collect from under the balloon arch

Manahatta(9, 17 Collingwood St,Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1 1HE)Wednesday - Friday: 4pm - 8:30pm 

Saturday & Sunday: 12pm - 8:30pm Collect from the Host Stand

Please note: Collection will be closed on Monday & Tuesday at this venue

The Botanist(Monument Mall, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1 7AL)Monday - Thursday: Midday - 8.30pm 

Friday - Sunday: 11am - 8.30pmCollect from the Host Stand

At our collection point, all you have to do is show the staff your ticket barcode which will be scanned and exchanged for a wristband.Note: You will get 1 barcode for every ticket you have purchased.
