Reiki was developed in the 1920s by Mikao Usui in Japan as a spiritual practice (reiki, , may be translated as 'spiritual ki'). With Usui's help, one of his master students Chujiro Hayashi extracted the healing practices from the larger body of practices.

Reiki gives your body a break from the stresses of daily life, potentially helping relieve tension and return you to a state of relaxation. Once in this state, your body may be better able to heal any damage brought on by stress, injury, or disease. “By helping a person experience deep relaxation, Reiki enhance and accelerate our own natural healing process, because the body can stop being stressed and focus on healing itself.

Master Jake @wingsofbuddha, Starting his reiki journey in 2015 Jake is also training in shiatsu massage, Cupping therapy, Physical trainer, Trained Councillor, Indian Head massage, Working with the bodies meridians and pressure points, holistic radio show, Sound Healer, Shamanic Journey, Breathwork and Life Coach. Our Reiki training is for everybody who wants to heal themselves others and the world. Reiki is an effective Japanese healing art to balance life energies and heal on all levels. This powerful practice increases your well-being, promotes relaxation and restores balance.

While being a deep and profound spiritual healing experience itself, It's an easy-to-learn, immersive, interactive class you can do from the comfort of your own home, where you’ll learn the system of Reiki—We take you by hand and teach you Reiki step by step.
