In honour of March being the month of International Women’s Day, we are excited to invite you to our upcoming Yoga and Wellness Morning, kindly hosted by Spinningfields Wealth Management and Feast and Flow.
We have carefully worked together to design a session which will help you start your morning feeling refreshed, energised and informed, ready to tackle the day!
The morning will begin with a mixture of yoga and pilates, followed by insightful talks on wellness/stress management from Feast and Flow as well as a talk on female financial wellbeing by Spinningfields Wealth Management. We will round off the event with a selection of breakfast bowls, fruit, pastries and wellness shots will be available, kindly arranged by Evie.
